The new Shoop
Tomorrow starts the new Shoop. The super motivated Shoop. The Shoop that will exercise everyday and not eat a bag of sour cream and onion potato chips for dinner. The new Shoop is allowed to play Blinx, but only if she has exercised that day. The new Shoop will drink lots of water. Although the new Shoop is not required to eliminate carbs, she will attempt to eat a more moderate carb diet.The new Shoop will be better about updating her diary because she will have lots of updates on how all the above are improving her health.
The new Shoop starts tomorrow.
