morning walks

My goal for this week was to walk a mile every weekday morning, regardless of what I do at night. Exercising in the morning is supposed to help boost the metabolism, plus every bit of cardio helps. Unless something happens tomorrow morning to prevent me from exercising, I'll have met my goal. Well it did help that this week was only 4 days, but I'll overlook that. :)

Watching/Hearing/Listening to: mtv - some song, I dunno
Drinking: water and eating some kashi good friends with milk
Wearing: maroon bra, light gray shorts, white socks, brown & black new balances
