shoopy I'm sorry you are feeling shitty :( I know that doesn't help, but I've been feeling the same way a lot lately. Hope you get to feeling better-it's not all quite so hopeless.

Linda
You don't want to be me right now. My life sucks even more than yours. At least that's how I feel today. I'm so sorry you are having a hard time and I hope you truly know that suicide is never the answer. Trust me on this, I know from experience. There are many more people that care about you than you think. I hope the new meds kick in quick. Take care. **hugs**

Another reader of yours here. I don't have any great advice, but I am thinking of you and wishing you well. Just wanted you to know.

Shoop, I'm compelled to reply in sympathy for your present-day emotions. I hope your therapist is right and this is just a temporary effect of the medication. Are you really working out 6 days a week? What kind of exercise are you doing? Are you feeling strong and healthy? Maybe it's time to shake up your exercise routine. And maybe give it a bit of a rest to recuperate if maybe you are working it too hard and long. I'd say reduce to 2 or 3 days a week for a couple of weeks and use the rest of the time to do something else enriching your soul. Then, after a couple of weeks, return to exercise, listening to your most revving music, and step up the intensity. Are you walking and lifting weights? Try aerobics, brief jogging spurts, tennis, or kickboxing... I know this advice is unsolicited, I just respond to this by wanting to help you feel better. Maybe you can ask for a few sessions with a personal trainer for a Christmas gift. Or forget your stomach for a while and read about Zen buddhism. Dancing... As Linda says, I hope the new meds kick in quick. In the meantime, maybe you can be Santa for a poor kid this year. Ok, no more advice. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Shoop, Just a quick note to check on you. I have been depressed lately as well and since online friends are all that I have, I want to make sure they are ok. Hope this note finds you well and your mood and motivation are both on the upswing! :) -Marilynn
