but yet...
Oh phew.I hadn't heard from XTC guy in a few days, so I sent him an email today telling him not to tease me with XTC lyrics and then just not reply to my email (I was feeling a double dose of rejection until I heard back from him – I lasted through that misery and through the car situation (so far) without smoking any cigarettes, I think I’m good with this quitting thing). I just heard back from him and he was very flirtatious. I was definitely teasing in my email, so I'm glad he responded back with the same.
I was scared this one was doomed, but it's got some potential again, woohoo!
Although I am paranoid that he has somehow seen my diary (he contacted me soon after I posted my picture here, which is just a coincidence, but you know, it might not be). I also worry that Kent has seen it, since I have been quoting emails, only changing names. I'm paranoid that Kent has read my history and has seen that I'm far too dysfunctional to even have a friendship with.
I might take the picture down and alter those emails.
In other picture-related news, I bought a new digital camera today and also bought a tripod. So I can post clear pictures now like I’ve wanted to do.
It’s good news because it’s something I’ve been desiring for a long time (my last digital was 5 years old and from QVC). It’s bad news because I opened my $300 worth of camera and accessory packages (meaning they can’t be returned) and started playing with the camera about 30 minutes before I caused at least $5K worth of damage to my pretty car ($500 deductible).
